Das Moog Theremini ist eine moderne, digitale Neuinterpretation des klassischen Theremins. Es kombiniert das traditionelle, berührungslose Spielprinzip über zwei Antennen mit der digitalen Animoog-Synthesizer-Engine und innovativen Einstiegshilfen. Dadurch eignet es sich im Gegensatz zu rein analogen Modellen ideal für Einsteiger.

Das wichtigste Alleinstellungsmerkmal ist die integrierte Pitch-Korrektur (Quantisierung). Sie lässt sich stufenlos von 0 % (klassisches, stufenloses Theremin-Spiel) bis 100 % (feste Notenraster nach wählbaren Tonskalen) regeln. Ein eingebauter Echtzeit-Tuner im LC-Display zeigt zudem visuell an, welche Note gerade getroffen wird.
